afternoon went to fairprice with mabel buy ingredients for sushi.
and try out making the sushi after dat.
went to aunt house make.
it was damn screwed lah.

japanese rice is damn sticky!
put some vinegar on ur hands b4 making so that it wun stick much.

the reason why it was screwed cos i tink nv roll properly and knife quite blunt.

after dat mabel left.

japanese rice!
cook the prawns, enoki mushrooms, crabsticks!
by boiling.
den 'bo' the prawns!
start off with seaweed!
put rice.
flip it over, the seaweed facing outswards.
add cucumber crabsticks enoki!
roll it inside-out.
(a roll dat makes the rice facing outwards)
put plastic wrap.
use bamboo mat and roll!
until it gets the shape.
take out plastic wrap.
put prawns on top!
put plastic wrap again!
ROLL!
until have the shape.
with the plastic wrap on, cut the sushi into half!
remove plastic wrap.
ready to serve!

same steps.
den garnish with theis seasoning i had.
plus some heart-shaped cucumbers to deco.
put one drop of wasabi on each cucumber.
and put one drop of mayo on each sushi.
all put on the plate.
THIS TIME.
IT WAS TOTALLY NOT SCREWED.

the knife i requested for sharper one.
den mdm aishah gave me the knife sharpener instead.
and it was rather sharp in the end.
whahaha.
and i used PROPER plastic wrap this time.
